We chose Blue Ridge Services among seven companies because their estimate was the lowest and because their sales representative Randy Carter sounded very professional and knowledgeable. He was very patient to listen to our wishes, and to explain all our questions. He advised us what would be the best for us in order to provide us with a thermal comfort. They replaced our heat pump and the whole duct system.

In addition, they placed vents and ducts in both bathrooms and built a new return duct in a closet. The job they did in the closet was amazing! Using very little space they built a large return, and put back the shelf and hanging rod afterwards, as they had never been touched. And when we came home from work, we could not tell somebody had been working in the house, so clean they left the area every day. It took them only three days to do the entire job.
